What is Barbell Bettys?

Barbell Bettys is a strength and conditioning class for women (womxn+). While we aim to create a safe and supportive environment for everyone in all of our classes, we've found that Second Wind womxn+ enjoy having a space in the gym to call their own. Bettys is a great place to get started if you feel intimidated about jumping into CrossFit right away.
