Second Wind is a great place to start!

Second Wind uses an evidence-based functional fitness program designed to promote longevity and improve wellness across a variety of health markers like your body composition, cholesterol, blood pressure, strength and endurance.  The workouts bring us together, but Second Wind is a dynamic community of people who actively support all factors of health, including making good nutrition choices, developing restorative sleeping routines, connecting with the community, and reinforcing a growth mindset.

Bettys is a great place to get started if you feel intimidated about jumping into CrossFit right away.

Foundations

Forever

Forever Foundations is a great place to get started for the first time, or to ease back into fitness after an extended period off. It's also a great place for experienced athletes to take a step back and drill the mechanics of functional fitness movements. Mechanics first, then consistency with those mechanics are what keep us best protected from injury and fit for the long haul!

We need full range of motion to move properly and safely. WOBility is 1/2 workout, 1/2 mobility. Make mobility a habit with this class!
