Foundations

Forever

Forever Foundations is a great place to get started for the first time, or to ease back into fitness after an extended period off. It's also a great place for experienced athletes to take a step back and drill the mechanics of functional fitness movements. Mechanics first, then consistency with those mechanics are what keep us best protected from injury and fit for the long haul!

Barbell Bettys is a beginner-friendly strength and conditioning class for women (though all are welcome).

WOBility

We need full range of motion to move properly and safely. WOBility is 1/2 workout, 1/2 mobility. Make mobility a habit with this class!

Masters

Mighty

Mighty Master is designed specifically for athletes over age 60, though all are welcome. The focus of this strength and conditioning program is on balance, core stability, and full range of motion. Athletes enjoy a safe and fun environment they can call their own in this beginner-friendly class that welcomes all levels and abilities.
