I’m Matt, but you may call me “Stutts” – all my friends do. I started CrossFit in 2015 at Second Wind and have been here ever since. Now that I'm in my 50s, I take more of a long-term perspective to fitness by prioritizing consistency over 'winning' workouts. As a coach, my aim is to help people of all ages and abilities to learn new life skills and positive habits. We all start somewhere, and I’m happy to help you on your personal path to wellness and fitness.
