Devil Press
The Devil Press is a movement featuring two dumbbells of the same weight, and is essentially a combination of a dumbbell burpee, and a double dumbbell snatch.
Alright guys, we can’t take credit for this as this is an online qualifier for Wodapalooza, which is one of the sanctioned events for the CrossFit Games (taking place of regionals as we know it). The Devil Press may be a new movement for most of you, but it’s definitely fun! Your grip is going to hate you by the end of this, I promise. But all the grip work we have been doing has a purpose, which is to help you hold onto the barbell or pullup bar a little longer next time, or to hold all those groceries you don’t want to make two trips for, or to help you hold your toddler (okay, I don’t really know how to hold a child of any age but you get the point).
Don’t be afraid to have a little fun today!
