This is an endurance WOD that will be in the 15 minute range for the average person.  The goal is to maintain a steady heart rate throughout, trying to find a balance between pacing the run and pacing the squats.  Don’t let the run be the “recovery” from squats, but try not to take too many breaks during the squats either.
