30 Russian KB Swings (53/35)

Barbell Bettys

Row 250 – maintain good shoulder to hip alignment on this row to prepare for deadlifts
10 KB deadlifts
10 single leg Romanian deadlifts (5 each leg)
10 barbell glute bridges

Movements:

Deadlift | Kettlebell Swing | Row

5 rounds for max reps of (but not more than a minute each of):
• 1 ½ times body-weight deadlifts (or appropriate scaled weight)
• Dips

2 minute rest between rounds
