Kipping Practice
Today we are going to begin an extended focus on kipping.  Kipping is a high-level gymnastics movement that creates full-body momentum for pull ups.  We will start by keeping kipping separate from pull-ups while we continue to build strength with strict pull-ups, then combine the two.  Read more here.
