Our workout today is two 4 minute EMOMs of 5 burpees and as many squat snatches in the remaining time. There is nowhere to hide in this workout. Every movement has to be quick and deliberate. We are looking for about 50 seconds of work each minute.

You will basically be going into the burpees and squat snatches immediately for the 4 minutes. We want to see a repeatable effort so don’t go all out on the first minute. We are looking for 5-10 reps each minute. You should be able to perform a touch and go after the burpees.

The good news is there will be a two minute rest. The goal here is to repeat the same effort or better in the second EMOM!
