We will go over Bar Muscle Up progressions for the entire class, but you will be able to scale to Jumping Bar MU, C2B Pull Ups, Jumping C2B Pull Ups. If you scale to a Pull Up movement, the rep scheme will be 2-4-6… (the same as the HP Cleans).
