Welcome to February.  Our focus this month is going to be Prepping For the Open.
If you don’t know what The CrossFit Open is, please read this. Seriously, you’re going to be hearing a lot about this over Feb and March so please read it.
In preparing for the Open, we are going to focus on some of the skills and movements we know will be in the Open.  We are also going to focus on movement standards and watching your fellow athletes.
