Eccentric Pull Ups (Negative)

Choose one or two of these lifts:
– Front Squat
– Deadlift
– Push Press
Men: Lift a total of 11,000 pounds
Women: Lift a total of 8,000 pounds
Each rep counts towards the total.  For example, if you front squat 135 pounds 10x, that’s 1350 pounds.  You may use one or two lifts, but not three.  Break up the reps however you like, but warm up reps do not count towards the total.
Why do it this way?  Because it’s fun…and challenges your math skills.
