70 Double Unders (140 singles) or 4″ plate hop
7 Deadlift (AHAP)
8 Single Arm Ring Rows (4/4)
You will be given an extended warm up in which to build and decide what weight to use on the deadlift. AHAP stands for As Heavy As Possible, but these should be touch and go deadlifts…so, unbroken.
We’ll show you plate hops as an alternative to Double Unders.
Single Arm Ring Rows are new here…and pretty challenging.
