This will be our final day on the October focus: split snatch.  Hopefully everyone has had a chance to try it and understand the difference between split and squat snatch.  Know that it is always an option when we do snatch and is especially a good choice for those whose lack of mobility in certain areas make overhead squats particularly challenging.

Halloween Party

5-6pm – normal Friday WOD
6:30-7:30pm – Team competition WOD.  Form a team of 3 people.  Bonus reps awarded if you come (and workout) in costume.
7:30-10pm – party!
