We’ve got a couplet here that is going to feel like a long sprint. Yay, awesome. First couple of rounds should feel reasonable fast and really get tough towards the end. Pick a weight you can snatch off the floor and do all OH Squats unbroken…but that doesn’t mean light. Concentrate on each rep. Active shoulders and tight core. Your abs should be tired the next day.
