Cuban Press:

This is really meant as a pre-hab (rehab/warm up) for the shoulders, especially if you are feeling the wear and tear. We will be pushing with the shoulders overhead in a few minutes. The high pull can be a heavier weight, but the Cuban Press will need to be light.
