30 Squats (Backpack/DB Front Rack/Goblet/Air)
30 Sit Ups
20 Push Ups (scale as needed: reps or at an angle)
20 Backpack Ground to Overhead (or 10/10 DB/KB Snatch)
then
20 Burpees

400m Run
30 Squats (Backpack/DB Front Rack/Goblet/Air)
30 Sit Ups
20 Push Ups (scale as needed: reps or at an angle)
20 Backpack Ground to Overhead (or 10/10 DB/KB Snatch)
* If you don’t know what 400m is, mark a 2-min run: With a watch or phone, run at 400m pace for one minute or 1:15, depending on your approximate 400 time at the gym. Mark the spot, turn around and come back. Out and back is your 400.
