This was a Courtney special that we did on Oct. 29 of last year. Everyone seemed to have a lot of fun, and by fun I mean it was really hard.
The key here is not going to be how fast you go, but rather how few breaks you take and how short you keep those breaks. Aim to go unbroken on everything.
