Thruster for load:

Treat this like any other lifting day: try to get heavy.
HOWEVER: we need to control dropping of weights. We can’t have 115+ hitting the floor from overhead, so either A) limit to a weight you can control all reps or B) use the Pound Pads…you can share those.
