Reminder: On Wednesday, Composition ID will be on site with their Scan Van conducting body mass analysis.  This is a simple procedure that measures weight, body fat and bone density among other things.  Two scans for $99.  Reserve your slot here.
Thursday, 6:30pm:  Nutrition seminar in place of workout.  There will be a 7:30 WOD.
