The cleans are getting heavier and the box is getting taller as the rounds progress. The lighter weights are going to have faster cycles times, but as the weights get heavier athletes are going to need to make sure to use the legs. The Box Jumps are going to add some flavor to this workout. Make sure you choose an appropriate scale…the goal is to increase weight and height in each round, NOT to go beyond what you can do.
