• Practice handstands for 10 minutes
5 Ground to OH (135/95)
10 Toes to Bar
Should be a nice enough day to get out snd run, even in the morning.
Ground to Overhead means you have choices with the barbell. Some version of clean and push press/jerk is going to be the most efficient option for most. Power snatch will work for others. As long as the bar starts on the ground and ends overhead, all moves are available.
Scale the Toes to Bar to something that lets you keep moving.
