Pull-ups (Strict): Max Reps

3 attempts at max reps. Once you come off the bar, that attempt is done.

Scaling
If using a band, or toes on box, or ring rows, take 2-3 warm up sets to find a scale that allows you to do at least 5-7 TOUGH reps each round.

Pull-up (Strict)

4 Rounds
Row 15/12 cal
12 Burpee Box Jumps
5 Handstand Push Ups

This is going to be just long enough to be challenging, but not so long that you want to go at a slow pace. Row hard and go steady and unbroken on the burpee box jumps.

Scale Handstand Push Ups to piked on a box or super-strict regular push ups.
