We saw a lot of nice work to start Squat Therapy Week on Monday with people getting their squats more upright, weight back and outside of the feet and keeping their lumbar curve.
A lot of people instantly improved their air squats simply with awareness of their poor position.
The kettlebell squat is a good one to practice when you come in. Work towards getting a lighter and lighter kb until eventually you can hold good position without any counter-balance.
Tuesday we will work with another similar scale for those who can’t seem to get into good position without falling backwards.
