It’s sprint time! Get ready to hit the gas and charge as hard as you can on this. 3 rounds of 3 min doesn’t sound so bad, but think about really stepping on the gas right off the starting line! By the time you realize you need more air, the 3 min will be over :) Hang on tight, your grip may hate you by the end.
