100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
Run 800 together
One person works while one rests. Reps must be evenly divided as you progress. For example, one person does 10 pull ups, the next person does 10 pull ups.
Don’t be afraid of this workout if you are new. Even without a partner, it’s not as bad as it looks.
Scaling Options:
Run 600/400 together
100/80/60 Ring Rows
150/100/80 Push Ups
200 Squats
Mix and match scaled numbers as you and your partner see fit. This should be a long, steady workout.
