3 Push Press + 1 Split Jerk

Warm up to a weight that is approaching 3 rep max Push Press. Even if you fail on the third rep of PP, you should be able to get one more rep of Split Jerk.

OK, this is a heavy lifting day, plus a met-con. You and a partner are going to try to get as many sit up reps as possible as a team. One person is banging out sit up, while the other is rowing. Switch when the rower reaches 300m.

If you come up with a team name, you ge to add one rep to your score. Weighted sit ups can be with a KB at your chest or a MB overhead.
