RX+ w/weight shifting or shoulder taps
Strict Press
1-1-1-1-1-1
Then take 75% of your max press for
3 sets of:
Max Strict Press
Max Push Press
-Rest at least 2 minutes between sets-
For each set, take the BB off the rack and
complete as many strict press as possible until
failure, then immediately begin push pressing and
continue until failure.
Note: No Barbell Bettys class next Thursday.
