Our workout for the day is a “Cindy”-esque AMRAP x 20:00. This is a heavy
breather with a little twist…Strict Pull Ups or Chest to Bars: athlete’s choice! The Pull Ups, whichever is chosen, should be completed in
quick sets. For the Hand Release Push Ups, find a steady smooth pace that
won’t bring you to a redline or cause any failures…rest before you NEED to. The
row should be kept under 1:15 per round. Aim to complete 7-9 rounds at a minimum!

Scale to banded pull ups or tough ring rows.
