Saturday WOD Fundraiser

inset-flag_0Saturday’s WOD will be fundraising WOD for a really important cause: No Greater Sacrifice, “a nonprofit organization created in February 2008, dedicated to the children of our nation’s fallen and wounded Service members by delivering scholarships and resources to improve their quality of life through the pursuit of higher education.”

 

We will be accepting donations now through Saturday.  Any funds raised will be match by Second Wind.

Need Help on Olympic Lifts?

If you would like a little extra help in a semi-private, slowed-down environment,  Colby is holding a session this Saturday at 12:15pm.  It will be focused exclusively on the clean, jerk and snatch.  No wod, no timers, no pressure.  Just spend 60 to 90 minutes getting a little more confident in the lifts.
