Partition as needed.

Suitcase carry is with one dumbbell, not two. You do’t have to carry for 800 meters at once. Beak this whole thing up however you want. For example: 4 Rounds of 200m, 200m, 15 burpees. Or plow right through it…either way works.

Can do Double but maybe not 500? How about 300? Or 200? Pick a number.
