EMOM 4 Burpees

At 3, 2, 1 Go start with 4 Burpees. Your goal is to finish 10 Push Press, then 10 Lunges, then 9 Push Press, then 9 Lunges, etc all the way down to 1. But each minute you have to put down the dumbbells and do 4 burpees. Yay burpees!

Bench Press for load:

1 min max reps of bench press (empty BB)
1 min max goblet squats w/KB
1 min rest

When in doubt, go with a lighter barbell for the benchpress. Even the 15# BB should feel pretty spicy by round two! Score is total reps of everything.
