1) Handstand hold or Wall Walk
2) 20 MB Russian Twists (R+L=1)


Wall Walks

5 Rounds
1 min Double Unders
1 min KB Swings (American)
1 min Push Ups
1 min rest

Scale to singles or running singles on the jump rope so as to keep moving. You want to maximize each minute without spending too much time getting tangled up. The goal here is to go hard for a solid three minutes. Don’t stop to write down your reps…do that during the break.
