Is there somewhere in your house or yard you can practice handstands? Can someone spot you on the grass and you can practice hand walking? Don’t lose the skill…keep working at it.

1 Squat (Air, DB Front or Goblet)
1 Push Ups
2 Sit Ups
2 Squats
2 Push Ups
4 Sit Ups

3-3-6, 4-4-8, 5-5-10 etc.

Score the Round number you completed, plus extra reps…
