As Much Weight As Possible.

In 15 minutes, you as a class, will carry as much weight around the block as possible. Plates, kettlebells, dumbbells. Carry it however you like, including backpacks. (No wheelbarrows). Come in and make a pile in the center of the room.

When 15 minutes is up, we will add up the weight and divide by the number of people in the class to score the average weight per person.

Make no mistake: this is 10am vs 11am. Call your strong friends and tell them to meet you at one of the classes. The winners will be the featured photos on SugarWOD for the next two weeks.
