Starting today and continuing through Memorial Day, we will be doing Hero WODs on Saturdays.  For those who are new, Hero WODs are workouts that are named after and dedicated to fallen servicemen and first responders.  These are very challenging workouts, but that’s the point.  Like all CrossFit workouts, they can be scaled and modified to your fitness level and capability.
