No squats!  Congratulations on making it through Squat Therapy Week.  I hope you feel it was worthwhile and that you learned something about your own squats and the movement in general.  As you continue to progress, work hard to maintain and build on good form.  This stuff takes years to master.  I welcome your feedback.  I encourage it, really.  Good, bad and ugly.
