a) 100 Burpees
b) 100 Wall Ball
c) 100 KB Swings
One person works while one person holds:
a) plank
b) plate overhead
c) bottom of OH Squat (w/PVC)
Partners can switch who works and who holds at any time but must complete 100 reps before moving to the next element.  Finished in less than 20 min?  Start over.
