Clean 1 Rep Max
Deadlift 1 Rep Max
Start with an empty barbell.
Every minute, do 1 rep. Add weight each minute. (Men – 10lbs, Women – 5lbs)
Snatch as long as possible (doing 1 rep each minute).
Then clean as long as possible
Then deadlift as long as possible.
Score max weight on each lift.
Beginners: ignore the clock and just practice each lift.
