5 front squat (135/95)
The goal of today is to keep moving! You should be able to move through the front squats unbroken for the entire 15 min, and try to do the same for the deadlift, or maybe break up into 2 sets at most. Your grip will be challenged on the pull-ups after coming off the deadlifts, so be prepared to hang on!
