This is meant for you to build up to (and maybe a little bit past) the working weight you will use for the OH Squats coming up in the met con. Start light, focus on technique on the OH Squats and build each round or every other round.

Each minute is a sprint combination of weights and cardio. Goal is to get as many Double Unders as possible in each minute, but with a moderately heavy squat weight. Stay on the clock! The one minute rest goes fast.
Score total number of Doubles. Scale to singles if needed.
