Movements:

AMRAP 15
1 Strict Pull Up
2 Sit Ups
3 Air Squats

Each round, pull ups go up by 1 rep, sit ups go up by 2, air squats go up by 3.

This workout gets tougher as you move through it with increasing reps every round. The first few rounds will go by quickly, but as the Sit Ups and Squats add up in volume, each round will take increasingly more time. The Strict Pull-Up should stay STRICT the entire time. We will proc=vide scaling options.
