The sets are small, but there is a lot of them. Do your best to keep moving. Your time won’t be as much about how fast you go s it will how little you stop. All Wall Balls should be unbroken.
Some may want to upscale the Power Cleans. There are two ways to do this: heavier load or squat cleans.
