*Goal of this session is to practice progression,
cycling, and connecting reps. Reduce reps as
needed to complete the 3 movements.

8 Rounds of :20 on, :10 off. Complete tabata for each exercise.

– Box Step Ups
– T2B or Reverse Crunch
– Ground to OH
