This is not a workout. It is meant for you to focus on technique and build up to a weight that is heavier than you will do in the workout.

If running 400 takes more than 2 minutes, shorten the run. 200+ down to Morelands and back…or something like that. We are looking for about one minute of work on the power cleans at a moderately heavy weight.

Please control your barbells! This is a workout that is ripe for noise complaints from the neighbors.
