For the last two weeks, we have done Back Squat at 80% of 1 rep max.  This week, most of you will increase, but not quite by a full 5%. So, increase according to your 1 rep max.
If your 1RM is:
<128 lbs – stay at 80%
128-200 lbs – increase by 5 lbs
>200 lbs – increase by 10 lbs.
