The Open is over, the squat cycle is over.  Time to back off and let the hard work you have been doing settle in.  This week, we will keep the weights light and the met-cons slightly less long and/or intense.  We will do some extra mobility work.
This is a good time to also focus on other things that are going on in your life.  Are you getting sufficient sleep?  Are you staying hydrated?  Is there work stress?  If you need to take an extra day off, this would be the week to do it.  Step off the gas a little and you’ll come back even stronger next week.
