Today we are going to step back from the heavy lifting to let our bodies recover, throw in some extra mobility and roll with a medium/long endurance-based workout that shouldn’t wipe you out for the week to come.
This week we will be squatting on Tuesday and Thursday, and again, The Open workout on Friday and Saturday at 11am.
