Overhead Squat

1 min Box Jump
1 min Push Press (95/65)
1 min Weighted Sit Ups
1 min rest

Jalepeño-Lime Spritzer (with Tequila)
3 cups club soda
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup agave nectar
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced (seeded, if desired)
1 cup tequila (or desired amount)
1. In a pitcher, combine the soda, tequila, lime juice, nectar, lime slices, and jalapeño
2. Serve over ice
