What is “mobility” (in the crossfit context) and should I be scared? 🙂
It’s like yoga, but not specifically yoga. Think of it as holding stretches for a few minutes, some work with lacrosse balls and foam rollers. Nothing to be scared of, but it’s not “easy”.
