This is a benchmark workout that can be scaled for anyone.  Read this to learn how to scale this workout.  It should be somewhat fast.  Since it is a benchmark, we will come back to it occasionally.  You should note your time, weight on the deadlift and any other scales you did.  We will work on handstands and progressions first, then do this workout, then finish with:
